Ms. Jessica is passionate about supporting teachers to provide a high quality and equitable education for all students. She has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with an English Language Learning Endorsement and a master’s degree in Education Policy and Leadership. In addition to teaching third grade for several years in Nashville, Jessica has participated in unique educational work across the globe. She has volunteered as a homeschool teacher in the Fiji Islands, served alongside a nonprofit agency in China, and volunteered time in both Mexico and Latvia serving students. Her favorite children’s book is All Are Welcome Here because it demonstrates the beauty of a diverse and inclusive environment!

Jessica enjoys her role as the Child Development and Curriculum Specialist and values the opportunity to support our teachers, children, and families and help us to continue strengthening our curriculum to provide intentional learning opportunities each and every day.
